TEPA Didactic Notes
The Didactic Notes have been prepared by the same team of experts as the Manual and aim to support trainers in preparing and implementation of trainings of local animators. They are divided in two main sections; the first providing basic information on general principles of the TEPA training methodology. The second section is divided into three parts according to the three main topics of the TEPA training – Local participation and partnerships, Rural resource management and Strategic planning. Each part contains a description of the methods and detailed description of altogether 12 examples of exercises that can be used during the training sessions.
