TEPA Manual: Training of European Partnership Animators

The Manual was written by an international team of experts – experienced trainers, familiar not only with principles of local development (such as partnership building, strategic planning and resource management), but also with the specific needs of rural communities and the Central European context of rural areas. The book is intended primarily as supplementary reading material for participants of the training sessions. However, it can also be used on its own, as a source of ideas for anyone willing to start some activity in his/her rural area and looking for answers to such questions as: “why is it important to have a partnership?” “what’s the use of strategic planning?” or “how to organise a village meeting?”.
